Official Terms and Conditions

The promoter is Groom & Hornsby Ltd (trading as Paint Services).

This promotion is open exclusively to existing trade account holders of Paint Services who are residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over.
By participating, the entrant confirms that they have the authority to bind the business or commercial entity holding the trade account.

No Purchase Necessary: Entry into the sweepstake is completely free of charge. No purchase, order, or transaction is required to secure an entry or to maintain an active status in the draw.
The Allocation System: To ensure absolute compliance with the UK Gambling Act 2005, entries are structured via a free-to-enter ballot system:
Managing directors, owners, or primary buyers of pre-selected active account tiers will be contacted directly and offered automatic inclusion into the draw matrix.
All other registered trade account holders may opt in completely free of charge by replying to the promotional invitation email or submitting their company details at a participating trade counter before the closing date.
Closing Date: All entries and opt-ins must be received by no later than 12:00 on 4th June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be processed.

The 48 qualified nations competing in the 2026 Men's World Cup will be divided into four distinct performance pots based on international ranking criteria determined prior to the tournament.
To maintain structural equity and fairness across the trade network, customer account tiers will be mapped 1:1 against these matching performance pots.
The assignment of individual nations within those designated pots will be executed via an automated, audited random draw sequence.
Entrants will be notified of their officially assigned nation via email within 48 hours of the draw being completed. Teams cannot be exchanged, swapped, or transferred between accounts.

The grand prize is a premium, top-tier professional panel puller welding system (exact brand and technical model specifications subject to stock availability).
The prize will be awarded strictly to the registered business account holder associated with the country that wins the official World Cup Final match.
There is no cash alternative, credit note value, or substitute product available for the prize. The prize is non-transferable.
If a trade account is permanently closed, suspended, or in serious financial default at the time the tournament concludes, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify that account and redraw the prize.

The winning account holder will be notified via email and telephone within seven (7) days of the World Cup Final match concluding.
The prize must be claimed by an authorized representative of the winning business account within thirty (30) days of notification. If unclaimed after this period, the promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize or award it to the tournament runner-up.
The winner agrees to participate in reasonable post-event publicity, which may include having their photo taken at the trade counter with the prize for use on Paint Services’ official digital marketing channels.

Any personal or business data collected during the course of this promotion will be processed strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation (UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).
Data will be used solely for the administration of this sweepstake and will not be disclosed to any third parties without prior explicit consent.

Paint Services accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical failures, network outages, or server disruptions.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the terms of this promotion in the event of catastrophic tournament cancellation, structural changes by the governing football association, or any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, the official World Cup organizers, or any footballing federation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
